It is just a five minute walk over Pulteney bridge to the city centre plethora of cafes, restaurants and shops and two hundred meters from the Holburne museum.

This elegant apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard with modern touches but also in keeping with its Georgian history. It is decorated with several local artists work which can be purchased or just enjoyed.

The apartment consist of the following:

Drawing room-

A beautiful, large drawing room overlooking Great Pulteney Street. There are two tall arched sash windows, a decorative fire place, gloriously high ceilings, chandeliers and cornices which make the apartment feel grand, light and inviting. There are three sofas, one of which becomes a sofa bed to provide additional sleeping space if needed. A flat screen TV/DVD player with BT Vision channels and super fast wifi is available throughout the apartment.

The large bedroom with a Grand super king size bed has been furnished with both antique and modern touches to ensure comfort and grandeur. With its high corniced ceiling and chandelier this room feels romantic and inviting and is separated from the drawing room by the original full height Georgian marriage doors. Luxurious, Egyptian cotton Bed linen, towels, robes, blanket and hair dryer are supplied.

With its South facing views the kitchen is bright, cheerful and fully equipped with all the mod cons including washer/dryer, dish weather, fridge freezer, microwave over, digital DAB radio/Docking system, toaster, kettle, iron, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils etc etc. A modern Danish designed table and chairs provides seating for four.

The bathroom offers a full size bath with fitted shower and screen, vanity basin and toilet unit, heated towel rail and hand sensitive lit mirror.

Reading room and balcony-

This room is a brand new addition to the apartment, and can be accessed from either the bedroom or the kitchen. It provides a very cosy and light area to just relax in and enjoy the views towards the hills beyond. Alternatively open the folding french windows and sit out on the balcony with a relaxing aperitif before heading out to one of the many fine restaurants or pubs that Bath has to offer.

The Somerset region

The west country offers visitors a massive variety of areas to visit. From the larger cities/towns like Bristol and Bath to the villages of Devon. There are beaches, hills, woodland, history and much more. The South West is a great holiday destination.

Central Bath

The World Heritage City of Bath has welcomed visitors for almost two millennia. In times past they were drawn to its famous baths for their healing properties. Then came the Roman invasion in AD 43. The Romans brought with them their technology and architecture which is still very evident throughout the city.

Todays visitors are drawn to Bath for a variety of reasons: Its baths, history, the Arts, award winning restaurants, hotels, shopping, sporting events and just the beauty of the city.

"Paradise in Bath"

We recently stayed here for our Christmas mini break, from start to end this place lived up to our expectations and more. Becky was so friendly and it was so easy to deal with her, she made our booking experience stress free and couldn't of done enough for us.

The property itself is grand! It really gives you the wow factor as soon as you walk in and I agree with what others have said in that the pictures don't do it justice!

Bath is a stunning place and this property sits in the heart of it all.....if you are thinking of going to bath I wouldn't even look anywhere else except the artpad to stay.

We wouldn't think twice about going back,

Thank you Becky,,,,

So glad you had a good Mini Christmas break with us - thanks for staying and hope to see you again this year!
