Do you want to stay somewhere with the 'wow' factor? A unique boutique garden apartment in a Grade II listed townhouse. A private oasis which happens to be in a prime location in the centre of Bath, just a few minutes' walk from all the signature features of this beautiful city. This apartment is fitted to the highest specification and once featured in Bath Life magazine.

You will have your own private entrance, and exclusive use of the garden which, when the sun shines, has a distinctly Mediterranean feel. You even have your own private access to one of Bath's parks which backs onto this building, hence the true feeling of 'being away from it all'.

At the same time it is less than a 5 minutes' walk to the famous Circus and Royal Crescent. Amble down the hill and you're at the top of Milsom Street, voted Britain's Best Fashion Street in 2012. You are within walking distance of a wide spectrum of restaurants and bars. Our own personal recommendations are listed in the Welcome Pack, and we're at the end of the phone if you want something specific.

A chilled bottle of something sparkling awaits you on your arrival; sip this and nibble on your chocolates whilst you contemplate what you are going to do next. Bath is a beautiful city to wander around, catch the sun on that unique sandstone and it can take your breath away.

The decor of the apartment is a mix of classic and contemporary design. At the same time providing all the comforts our modern day lifestyle expects. The living area is open plan; the kitchen/dining room opens out into the living room which in turn, with it's full length windows and French Doors leads out into the garden.

The double bedroom has Egyptian cotton bedding provided, towels are provided too.

There is a tv with Free Sat, DVD player (a selection of DVDs is provided), DAB radio and I-pod dock. There is also a selection of books should a quiet getaway appeal. Wifi is also available.

Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We are happy to provide assistance and advice when required. We have lived in Bath for a long time, and have also lived very happily in this apartment, so we truly are the experts when it comes to helping you make your stay all you would wish it to be.

We have a parking permit for you. This not only gives you access to parking on the street outside the apartment, but also the whole of central Bath should you require it. However, most people ditch the car once they arrive because walking is easier.

We have been inspected and approved by Visit England.
