The property, which is mainly constructed in Bath-stone, is spacious and 'loft-like' in its style and layout. The open plan ground floor is large and airy in feel and has exposed brickwork creating a cool feel within.

The rooms are well equipped and comfortably furnished - perfect for enjoying the local attractions all of which are very near by. Internally the Coach House is presented in an 'industrial cool meets Bath charm' style that gives it a nuique charm and appeal, it's certainly unusual, but one which is ideal (and great value) for visiting Bath and the southern Cotswolds.

Please do be aware that the property is located near to the centre of Bath (actually very close to where Bath Rugby Club train!) and on the very edge of a small housing estate.

Please note the cottage has a £100 security deposit.

The Somerset region

Bath, quite simply, is one of England's finest cities. Not particularly large and not particularly sprawling it is, however, filled with some of the finest architecture and history that is certainly enough to keep the most determined tourist busy for days and days!

The city is relatively easy to navigate on foot and as you would expect offers a wide variety of restaurants, shops, attractions, theatres, public houses and city tours.

Of particular note are the Roman Baths and Hot Springs as well as the museums, all of which are nearby and access to the Kennet and Avon Canal is great for walkers.

Central Bath

Slightly north are the Cotswolds and the many places of appeal located here - these are within a 20 minute drive and stretch further north for many miles. Burford, for example is an hour away.

Although most people staying in this accommodation will enjoy Bath, there are many other things to consider and visit should your stay be longer than a weekend!
