10 Lime Grove is a large late Victorian semi which has been converted to 4 wonderful studio apartments. The property is in a perfect location, 10mins level walk into the very heart of Bath, and yet it is set in a peaceful, residential location, which backs on to the Kennet and Avon canal and the miles of country walks it provides. A city break or a country getaway? You decide!

The Studios are all decorated in a fresh, modern way and are fully equipped for short or long stays. So you can do some sight seeing in the morning, come back for some lunch and then maybe visit Bath's famous Spa, with it's open air terrace swimming pool.

Of course Bath has so much more to offer than the Roman Baths and beautiful architecture. The Theatre Royal, shopping, a vibrant night life, colleges and not forgetting how many of England's top attractions are withing a short drive from Bath. Long Leat Safari Park, Wells cathedral, Glanstonbury Tor and of course Stonehenge!!!

You don't need a car to enjoy yourself from this property, though, most of Bath's attraction are just a stone's throw away.

"Great location close to the city but in a quiet area."

Thank you for a great stay over New Year, we had a wonderful time in one of our favorite cities. This studio apartment is modern, well appointed and comfortable. Parking was easy and free. All of Baths main attractions are within an easy level walk from Lime Grove and the canal is very close by. We would recommend this property and we will be back again.

"Worst vacation rental stay of our lives!!"

It's been a few months since we stayed at this place but wanted to warn others - I think the owner of the vacation rental is named Theresa and she owns three rentals in the building. We requested… More

This review proves that there should be a time limit set on how long after a stay comments may be made!!! Memory does not serve the reviewer well!! The property is no more than 5 minute flat walk from where the clubs, restaurants and sightseeing starts and no more than 10 min flat walk from the very centre of Bath, the Guild Hall.
I wonder what the towels were used for if not for drying themselves after a shower, since all the towels were used after they left!? The fan is as it comes from the manufacturer and must be left on for many reasons not least to clear damp and bad smells. There are bed side lights next to ALL our beds, so that comment is perticularly confusing. All our studios are fresh, clean, modern and furnished to a high standard. Also the heating and hot water are separate. The hot water runs on electric water heaters in each room so is instant!!! The heating is from one central heating system. In case our guests don't like the tempreture we keep our house at, we have provided all studios with individual electric heaters to top up their tempreture to their liking.
Clearly, someone was hoping for a free stay and did not get it! Most of the comments are not even based on truth and I can prove it!!!
Many thanks to all our other guests who have enjoyed our studios and have left lovely comments in our visitors book, which is in the house for everyone to see.
