The Loft is a hidden gem in the heart of Bath. A former photographic studio providing character and period charm along with unique, generous space for groups in search of the unforgettable Bath experience

The Loft is right in the thick of the action, yet discreetly tucked away behind the main shopping and nightlife area of the city. There is easy access within a few moments walk to everything the city has to offer. The Loft provides self catering accommodation for up to 10 people in three bedrooms, with two shower rooms / toilets and an additional cloakroom / toilet.

From the large Bath stone lobby ascend the stairs to the second floor sitting / dining room at the heart of the accommodation. This space is ideal for large gatherings and flooded with light from the glazed roof, providing roof top views over the historic city. This entire property has original oak flooring now bought up to date with underfloor heating. Everywhere there is period detail and interesting touches, making for an intimate, informal feel, perfect for enjoying memorable evenings on the giant sofas and around the antique dining table.

The kitchen is set up with everything you will need for your self catering stay, including a dishwasher and microwave. There's also a flat screen TV, DVD, iPod dock and CD player.

Each bedroom has a toilet next door. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a single bed and a bunk bed to sleep three people and the third bedroom has two single beds that can be linked to make a double, along with a bunk bed, thereby sleeping four. In this way The Loft can sleep ten people in separate beds although if you need space for 1 or 2 more for a weekend we are happy for an occasional extra guest to sleep on the enormous sofas. (see rates below). We also offer a late 2pm checkout as standard so that you can make the most of your stay in Bath.

"Brilliant place for a girls weekend"

Would recommend The Loft and company who manage this apartment. Stress free and with eight girls that is amazing!!! You have everything you need there and the location you could not ask for better. Long term car park is a five minute walk away as is the Thermae Spa, shops on your door step as well as amazing restaurants. The property is very clean and very relaxed environment. Will be going back again as soon as we can agree on a date ; )

"Fantastic stay"

We really enjoyed our stay at the Loft, the location was really convenient and easy to get around Bath. The weather was really hot when we stayed at the property so I would suggest a fan or two to get some air through the building during summer, but other than that it was a fantastic place to have our hen weekend!

"A wonderful hen weekend in the centre of Bath"

A group of 10 of us stayed at The Loft for a long weekend. The communication was brilliant throughout the booking process, as was all the information at the house.

The house was perfect for a group of our size, with a large communal area for celebrating and eating meals together. The views over the city were lovely! The property was very clean and tidy. The house was surprisingly spacious, and we all felt like we had enough room to relax.

I particularly liked the keypad entry system as it meant we could move freely as a group without worrying about keys. The house is right in the centre of Bath, everything we needed from bars, shops to the spa was within a 10 minute walk.

We all had a wonderful time and I'll be recommending the property to friends.

"Amazing apartment in very central location"

Fantastic apartment with lots of space hidden away right in the centre of the city.
The rooms were beautiful, particularly the top floor roof space with a view of the skyline. The Loft managed to comfortably accommodate ten girls for the weekend plus accompanying luggage / demands for showers etc.

"Excellent apartment in a superb location"

We really enjoyed our stay in the Loft. We were a group of 10 girls and looking for good accommodation in Bath centre for all of us. The Loft did not disappoint. It was exceptionally clean and a wonderful place for us to base ourselves for the weekend. It is within easy walking distance of all the main shops and sites. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Dan was very friendly and helpful.

"Beautiful apartment, perfect location"

We travelled as a group of 11 for a hen party, all information prior to out visit was sent out with no delay and any questions we had were answered with no fuss - thank you to dan the owner for putting up with numerous changes to our group size!

Thank you to Theo the housekeeper for the phone call to check we were all ok the day before and for the directions, if I had to pick one bad point it would be that finding the place isn't the easiest when you don't know Bath!

The place itself was spotless with all the kitchen utensils we needed, the tea, coffee and milk put in were very very welcome!

The windows in the living room are amazing and the space brilliant for a large group. I would say though that the windows could do with a clean (although I appreciate this sounds nit picky they are so large that the dirt was a reasonable amount!)

Bedrooms were a reasonable size for us and again all were clean and tidy, bathrooms were the same and unlike many places i have stayed there was plenty of lovely hot water to go around! The decor is perfect for the house, quirky yet modern!

Location is perfect, restaurants and bars less than a 5minute walk away.

Overall a lovely weekend wouldn't hesitant to book this place again.

"Fabulous place for a girly weekend!"

Stayed at the loft for a hen weekend, great location, very easy to get to all the popular parts of Bath as only a short walk away! Really liked the key code system as made it very easy for a group of 8 of us to come and go as we pleased. Apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped for a weekend away! Only suggestion would be some extra storage space as 8 ladies tend to bring a lot of luggage with them, even if only for a weekend! Could not fault it other than that! Would also highly recommend Nonna's italien cucina on gay street for a fab meal and great service - they were more than happy to welcome our party and even joined in with the festivities!
