Southern Brazil region

The best of the architecture and German food outside of Germany. Gramado e Canela are located in the mountain region of Rio Grande do Sul, colonized by Germans and Italians. The settlers arrived attracted by the beauty and mild temperatures in the region. The region developed primarily by agriculture, was later discovered its ability to attract tourists by cooking the colonizers. Now attracts tourists from various parts of Brazil due to low temperatures in winter and the Christmas attractions in the months of November and December. It also has attractions operating throughout the year such as theme parks and ski in the snow, opened recently.
