Nested in the middle of the 35acre “Old Dezie” Domain, the Grange has its own private lane and a large park with amazing views on the surrounding fields. The Grange has a private courtyard and parking fitting 4 cars.

The amateur for stone will be in impressed by the perfect mix of authenticity and modern appliances of this unique renovation. The large slidding doors in the dinning room giving out onto the pool and its stunning terrace as well as the spacious and bright living areas make this house a heaven of peace.

ALL ENSUITE

Spacious and luminous bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms and their large walk-in showers, sink and toilet. All the bathrooms are finished in travertine stone and stucco.

HEATED POOL

The Grange has a 12X5 private heated pool with large and shallow full width steps, surrounded by a 200sqm travertine stone floor and a 50sqm covered terrace. Relaxing views over the south valley of Cendrieux and the private park. The pool have an electric security shutter for you peace of mind and an outdoor shower.

COVERED TERRACE

Just outside The Grange onto the 200sqm travertine stone terrace is a 50sqm oak framed covered terrace, divided in a outdoor lounge and a dinning area with a professional gaz BBQ overlooking the pool and the surrounding nature

KITCHEN

The Grange has a fully equipped U shaped kitchen with american fridge and freezer (ice and water dispenser), oven, microware, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric juicer, toaster, multi-use mixer, full range of cooking knives and ustensils.

The Grange has an utility room with a washing machine, toilet and sink and storage area.

LIVING ROOM

The Grange's large living room comes with a comfortable L shape sofa seating up to 8, and a 60 inches Led TV with DVD player and satellite channels. . And because in the summer we mostly live outdoors, under the oak covered terrace you will find a large outdoor lounge to relax, looking at the pool and its amazing landscaped garden.

DINNING ROOM

Inside the Grange the luminous dinning room is just opened onto the kitchen, facing the pool, with a large teak table and seats for up to 12 people.

Just outside the slidding doors next to the kitchen is the large 50sqm covered terrace, all with travertine stone flooring, equiped with a large professional luxury BBQ, teak table and chairs for up to 12.

As a true family home The Grange will provide you with everything you need to spend playful and relaxed holiday : ping pong tables, bikes, vintage foosball,volley ball, pool games, petanques balls, tennis court 2 min away, free pony rides on site, and plenty of toys for kids…

Perigord Noir is the heart of the Dordogne offering a variety of landscapes, flamboyant chateaux and the centre of prehistoric history. All the main attractions are within easy reach - of which these are just a taster: The vineyards of Bergerac, Bordeaux and St Emilion are within easy reach and regional delicacies include - truffles, foie gras, duck, walnuts and strawberries.

For the energetic the rivers and stunning countryside offer are boundless opportunities for walking, horse-riding, cycling, golf (4km), canoeing and fishing or simply relaxing by the pool or on the shores of the many lakes and rivers. The Dordogne & Vezere rivers are just 15 minutes away.

Hundreds of years of history - Prehistoric Caves – the world famous Lascaux caves are nearby, Châteaux and fortified villages. Beynac & Castelnaud Castles – are fine examples originally dating back to the 100 years war between France & England. Some of the most beautiful villages and towns in France are within easy reach – Perigueux (regional capital), Sarlat, La Roque – Gageac, Rocamadour. Le Bugue - aquarium, re-created village, canoeing, caves. Bastide towns - Lalinde, Monpazier, Eymet.

Excellent shopping - Enjoy shopping the local way at one of the many local markets, or for your day to day requirements there are also numerous shopping opportunities minutes away in Le Bugue, Vergt, and the regional capital Perigueux.

Cendrieux

Cendrieux, only 5 min, has a village shop, a restaurant, bar tabac and post office. There are excellent restaurants in the nearby villages where we can book a tables for you on demand.

For outdoor activities there's is a good riding school minutes away, canoeing trip on the nearby Dordogne River, tree adventure park, and for our most adventurous guests hot air balloon rides.
