Located just three miles from the large beach and welcoming hostelries and shops of Cemaes, The Lodge is a great base from which to discover all that this gorgeous island has to offer. The property is ideally located for taking a day trip to Snowdonia National Park or the Lleyn Peninsula and the port of Holyhead is nearby for a trip over the water to the fabulous city of Dublin.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off road parking for 2 cars with additional roadside parking for 2 cars. Enclosed, lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Beach 10 mins walk.
The North Wales / Anglesey region
Snowdonia National Park, situated in North Wales, boasts breathtaking mountain scenery, crystal clear lakes and cascading waterfalls. Climb Snowdon, which at 1085m is Wales’ highest mountain, or travel to the summit in style on the charming Mountain Railway. Alternatively, why not sample the beautiful green valley of Llangollen by steam train or from a leisurely horse-drawn canal boat.
In July, the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod transforms the town into a unique centre of international music and dance, attracting musicians and singers from across the globe. You could also explore the beautiful coastline, safe sandy beaches and watersports of the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as Colwyn Bay, historic Conwy, Victorian Llandudno or the Isle of Anglesey on the north coast.
The Cemaes Bay / Cemlyn area
The beautiful North Anglesey Heritage Coastline is home to the hamlet of Cemlyn. Situated in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to Cemaes and Cemlyn Bay, the surrounding area is an RSPB nature reserve owned by the National Trust that is a haven for a rich variety of birdlife. The Isle of Anglesey, famous for its stunning coastline and beaches that offer great walking and cycling opportunities is close by, along with some wonderful National Trust properties, a number of golf courses, fishing, and excellent water sports. The pretty seaside village of Cemaes Bay is nearby and offers three pubs, a small selection of shops and a sandy beach sheltered by grassy cliffs.

Spacious airy comfortable house in peaceful countryside setting. The house is in a great location for exploring all round Anglesey. There are lots of great coastal walking with spectacular scenery within a short drive of house.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
