Cottage | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 8
Delightful white washed farm cottage which lies at the end of a single track lane adjacent to historic 5th century Llanbadrig church on the Isle of Anglesey. The beautiful coves, caves and rock pools of white lady bay are a 5 minute walk away and are always a popular spot for our guests. The magnificent scenery and old church haven't gone unnoticed by Hollywood either! Demi Moore filmed here accompanied by her film crew and Tyn Llan made a great base for them while filming the 2006 film Half Light. Tyn Llan is the most northerly cottage in Wales and is approximately 15 minute walk from the fishing village of Cemaes Bay with an attractive beach and various amenities. On a clear day you can see the Isle of Man, the Mountain of Mourne and Cumbria. Make sure you keep a look out for the dolphins, porpoises and seals that can sometimes be seen in the bay. The beautiful and unspoilt coastal path stretches for 125 miles and if you want to walk it, or at least part of it we can provide maps.

"A Lovely place to stay, beautiful surroundings, great to relax and unwind."
We found the house spacious and comfortable, it easily accommodated 8 people and was well equipped for our needs.
The sounding coastal walks are stunning and after a good blow in the fresh air (we stayed in December) it was lovely to be able to come back and relax in front of a log fire.
We found the booking process easy and the owners helpful and accommodating. The owner had only recently taken over the property and informed us of their plans to decorate and put in a new bathroom in January - although spotlessly clean the bathroom was a little tired and old fashioned.
We found it a lovely place to stay, and following the planned updates think it will be even better - We are planning a return visit in the summer
The bathroom is now completed and you will also see some more improvements when you next visit.Looking forward to you next stay and meeting you again.
