Via Galante Ceglie Messapica (br.)

La masseria 'Il Mandorlo fiorito', già parte dell’antico borgo masseria Galante, è situata a circa 1 km dal centro storico di Ceglie Messapica. Costruita in pietra locale storicamente risale al XIX secolo, ma è presumibilmente più antica, anche se l’unica data certa è il 1860. Restaurata nel 2014 dai nuovi proprietari, oggi denominata Il Mandorlo Fiorito, è tra le più belle della valle d’Itria. La masseria, ambiente sobrio, confortevole, ha ampi spazi verdi, ulivi secolari, alberi da frutto. Attorno a un’aia centrale, si affacciano i due appartamenti denominati “villa Fico e Villa Ulivo”, la sala lettura, l’alcova, le antiche mangiatoie e l’ ampio parcheggio. L’ area barbecue è situata vicino la piscina a sfioro, ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti.

La masseria, casa per le vacanze, nel cuore della valle d’Itria, in zona collinare (300 mt lm) ma a soli 15 minuti in auto dal mare. La proprietà è recintata, cancello elettrico, sistema d'allarme indipendente per le abitazioni.

Villa Fico

Consta di 110 mq. e ingressi indipendenti. L'ambiente accurato e raffinato, arredi di pregio. E' composta da ingresso soggiorno, due camere da letto, due bagni con doccia e bidè, ampio living con sala pranzo e cucina attrezzata (frigorifero, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro ed asse da stiro, forno ventilato, piano cottura, forno microonde, lavatr), salotto, asciuga capelli, televisore satellitare, wifi, cassaforte, giardino privato aromatico nell'agrumeto.

Accesso diretto alla piscina da una camera. Tutte le camere hanno impianto di aria condizionata e impianto di riscaldamento a pavimento per la stagione invernale.

Villa Ulivo

La villa, di 55 mq. è composta da ingresso soggiorno, due camere da letto, un bagno con doccia e bidè, cucina con fornello elettrico a induzione, frigorifero e forno microonde, asciugacapelli e televisore, cassaforte, patio privato rivolto all'aia della masseria. Accesso diretto in piscina. E’ un ambiente piccolo ma confortevole e intimo, con volte a botte in tipica struttura locale.

Tutte le camere con affaccio sulla piscina, sono fornite di impianto di aria condizionata e riscaldamento a pavimento per la stagione invernale.

La piscina sarà chiusa per manutenzione e pulizia dalle 21,00 alle 08,30 del mattino. La piscina non è custodita ed è vietato tuffarsi. La direzione declina ogni responsabilità.

Regole per la piscina: E’ vietato portare in piscina materassini, palle e giochi d’acqua e l’uso di creme abbronzanti colorate, onde mantenere la pulizia e la sanificazione dell’acqua.

Solo i clienti registrati occupanti delle ville Fico e Ulivo, sono ammessi in tutte le aree in comune: piscina, parcheggio, barbecue. Non saranno accettati in piscina, ospiti dei clienti delle ville, e né loro automezzi nel parcheggio della proprietà. E' consentito fumare esclusivamente nelle aree fumatori esterne munite di portacenere. Il check-in si effettua dalle 16,00 alle 20,00. Vi preghiamo di informarci del vostro orario d’arrivo. In caso di aerei che atterrano in ritardo vi attenderemo sino alle 22,00 al costo di €. 20 per late chek-in. Dopo tale ora e sino alla mezzanotte, vi sarà addebitato €. 50,00 per late check-in extra. Dopo la mezzanotte non potrà essere effettuato il check-in per questione di sicurezza. Il check-out avverrà dalle 8.00 alle 10.00, dopo tale ora vi sarà richiesto il pagamento di una nuova notte.
