Trulli del Mandorlo is a nice holiday rentals trullo property. It includes – in the main building – one large living room with a nice "alcova" with a double sofa bed, then a fully equipped kitchen corner, one double bedroom, one bathroom and one storage room with laundry.
Just beside the main trullo is located the first dependance with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
Detached to main building, in a typical lamia, is situated the second dependance with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
An added value to this Trullo is its enchanting terrace. This terrace is ideal for those intimate and respite moments that you long for on vacations. One can also enjoy delicious dinners amidst the sunset across the Ceglie countryside.
These ancient trulli with pool were recently renovated (2008/9) to the highest typical standards, maintaining all original Puglian features. The large garden area is full of fruit and olive trees of Puglia. Dry stones walls and the private 10×5 mt large swimming pool add even more character to this beautiful vacation rental property in Puglia.
Trulli del Mandorlo are located at the top of a very quite hill with a fully panoramic view over the famous Valle d'Itria countrysides around Ceglie Messapica.
Many famous tourist sites are located nearby; the world famous Valle d'Itria, Ostuni, the Unesco site Alberobello, the famous caves of Castellana Grotte and the beautiful seaside towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare.
We recommend this property as it offers a beautiful and comfortable holiday experience in a stylish up market holiday location. Two families could be accommodated very well, enjoying the "charm" of this superb place.

The Puglia/Molise region
Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hilltowns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.
The Ceglie Messapica area
The area of Ceglie Messapica is located between the Murge and the Upper Salento: its typical elements include trulli, farms, lamie (typical southern single room square dwellings), rupestrian churches, carsic caves, dolinas, specchie and paretoni (remains of city walls), dry-stone walls, olive groves, vineyards, maquis shrub, ancient oak trees, cattle pastures and arable land.
Numerous archaeological remains of the ancient Messapi civilization were found in Ceglie's area. It had four lines of walls, the inner one having a perimeter of 5 km. The external one had high fortifications known as specchie, which could be up to 20 m and 60 m in diameter.

By Car coming from South

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday during the check-in with the manager, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer or credit card with-in 30 days before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are never allowed).
Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 500 to be paid ONLY by cash or credit card (cheques and travellers cheque are never allowed).
Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.
No pets allowed.
Final cleaning mandatory EUR 120.
Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week, extra paid.
Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.
Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.
Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.
Bed linen and bath towels - EUR 10 per person.
