This beautiful and modern self-catering holiday villa (150sqm) is situated about 50m away from the sea and the fantastic sandy beach. Holiday villa Playa is a 2-story building with sea view. The location is peaceful and quiet.
The villa is 4km away from the Cefalù town centre, only 10km from the new golf centre in Collesano, and 60km from Palermo. Th premises include a terrace with barbecue equipment and private parking.

Cefalu area

Cefalu has a beach, winding, narrow, medieval streets, and delightful restaurants overlooking a rocky coast. All under the ever present gaze of the Norman-Arab-Byzantine cathedral, one of the greatest churches of southern Europe. Nestled between the Madonie Mountains and the sea, Cefalù's mountain boasts the ruins of a large fortress and an ancient Sicanian-Greek temple. The view from the summit is inspiring. Cefalu is a great central point for many sights of Sicily. From here you can visit the Madonie, go walking on the wonderful 'La Rocca', attend excursions to the Etna Park, day trips to Palermo, Monreale, Castelbuono and many more.
How to get there
The closest airport is Palermo, but all three airports are doable (Palermo, Trapani and Catania). Ryanair fly directly to Palermo from London Stanstead, and to Trapani airport from Dublin. Easy jet fly from London Gatwick to Palermo.

Further details indoors: The ground floor contains a spacious combined dining and living area with a double sofa bed and a TV set. The living area also has a central fireplace and large glass panes. There is an equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine) with access to the terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor is composed of a double bedroom with a bathroom containing both a bath tube and a shower. From the corridor you can enter a bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms have access to a lovely terrace with a panoramic view. The furniture is very comfortable and modern apart from some antique pieces. The villa has heating and air conditioning.
