.The villa is situated in a very quiet place just outside the town among the green of the countryside and the blue of the sea.

It's an apartment of about 100mq with three bedrooms and a large living room-kitchen with a glass door with a 360° wiew of the sea. In the summer months you can see the rising and setting sun on the sea

The villa has a large garden terrace overlooking the sea equipped with table and chairs for dining outside, the swimming pool equipped with deck-chairs is exclusive to the guests' disposal.

The Sicily region

In the south of Italy in Sicily you can enjoy for most of the year in a very mild climate where the sun prevails on the cloudy days.
For its strategic location at the heart of the Mediterranean, Sicily was destination of different people who have left their traces in the culture, traditions in architecture and art of this people. There are numerous archaeological sites especially Greek art and architecture as Agrigento, Siracusa, Selinunte, Segesta, etc., but also important art cities such as Palermo, where one can still discern the signs of the many civilizations that crossed the island. What is most passionate lovers of nature is the strong contrast between the blue of the sea and the greenof the mountains, where many parks were established to protect many species of animals and plants unique to Europe. We can not forget the Etna the highest active volcano in Europe destination of many scholars and tourists.


The hottest months are July and August, the winters are mild around 10° - 15°C.

The Cefalu / Sant' Ambrogio area

Sant' Ambrogio is a small village of 300 inhabitants in the municipality of Cefalù.At the beginning of the last century lived more than 1,000 people whose main activity was agriculture, especially the cultivation of olive and vine. Even today the country is surrounded by olive tree where the an excellent oil is produced. Towards the 50s the country was abandoned because of emigration, many are our fellow living in countries like the United States, France and Germany and they still come spending their holidays in the homes where they were born.
Thanks to its position on a hill, 50m above sea level Sant' Ambrogio became a destination for many tourists who appreciate the tranquility of the place and the atmosphere of cordiality and friendship that the villagers like to keep.In the village there is a mini market, a pizzeria and a good family run restaurant.

Ryanair has cheap flights into Palermo airport which is only 1 1/2 hrs from the house.

Ferries leave from the Port of Palermo to Sardegna, Geneva, Civitavecchia, Livorno.

From the port of Cefalù which is situated 5 kms from the house, during the summer/spring seasons there are ferries to the Aeolian, travelling time of 2 1/2 hours.
