From the terrace of the bedroom there’s sensation views across the sea, on a clear day the Aeolian Islands are clearly in sight.
The large tree and extensive garden create a tranquil and relaxing surrounding even though there’s a railway line and a secondary road close by it doesn’t disturb the tranquillity of the place.
The bedroom is well furnished with a private bathroom, the entrance is through the traditionally decorated villa leads into the bedroom.
Only a 5-10 minute drive to cobble or sandy beaches.

The Sicily region

Sicily has been the golden heart of the Mediterranean from early time, many people invaded the island from Phoenician to Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Normans, and Spanish……
leaving behind monuments and treasures to remind us of the past. The diversity can be seen in the different areas the Island of Morzia one of the oldest Phonecian settlements, Segeste, Selinunte, Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and Siracusa with its major Greek influence. In Palermo we have the perfect example of the Norman period with the Monreale cathedral. In the centre one of the most important villas during the Roman period is Roman Casale at Piazza Amerina.

Cefalu / Finale di Pollina area

Apartment is located in front of the sea but it is easier to access the beach 1 kms east. Conviently located only 2 kms from local supermarket, delicatessen, bars and restaurants. The city of Palermo with its various periods of architecture from the Arab-Norman to Baroque is only 90 kms away. Aeolian Islands are easily reached by boat that departs from the port of Cefalù with a journey time of 2 hours. The Greek-Roman excuvation Alesa which very little is owned about situated distance of 3kms from Castel di Tusa and 15 kms from the villa.

How to get there

Ryanair has cheap flights into Palermo airport which is only 1 1/2 hrs from the house.
Ferries leave from the Port of Palermo to Sardegna, Geneva, Civitavecchia, Livorno.
From the port of Cefalù which is situated 7 kms from the house, during the summer/spring seasons there's ferries to the Aeolian, travelling time of 2 1/2 hours

The large spacious room conists of double bed, T V, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet, w.c.. There's a large private terrace in front of the bedroom where one can sit and enjoy the fresh evening breezes. The owner who lives in the villa, will be there you attend to anyone's needs.

The villa is set on a fairly large property, with an extensive and secluded outdoor area the appropriate place to sit and relax after a day at the beach nearby.
