Well laid out within a private gated community these villas are extremely peaceful for those looking for a relaxing beach holiday as well as only being 10 minutes drive by car from the medieval town of Cefalu.
Lascari village some 2 km away is set into the awe inspiring backdrop of the Madonie mountain range which can be admired from the beach at Lascari.
A really original design makes these villas sit charmingly in amongst the greenery of this ocean area.
Within walking diststance on the beach you can arrive after some 300m to the beautiful lido of Gorgo where you can sit under the wonderful adorned pergolas and swim in the azzure seas.

The Sicily region
Tourism in Sicily is very diverse and it is possible to spend many days on the beaches along its beautiful coastline and be seduced by its warm clear waters.
However, if you care to look a little closer you will find many gems waiting to be discovered round every corner.
Inland Sicily’s landscapes take on a rugged look which have been unchanged for many centuries and as a result the people in the interior are not as used to tourism as the coastal towns. This can be seen as you take to some of the hill top towns that cling ever precariously to the mountainsides, walking through the streets you can feel the history talking through the walls, giving you an insight into the very heart of its turbulent past.
Cefalu / Campofelice di Roccella area
Cefalu is the younger sister that sits in the shadow of Taormina, just over an hour by train from Palermo, this coastal town is now one of the top spots on the Tyrrhenian coast. A wonderful place to spend a couple of days, experiencing the medieval streets, the historic sights and the limestone massif of “La Rocca” which dominates the town. The other lovely areas just outside of the town are Lascari, Campofelice di Rocella where the long sndy beaches are a big draw for tourists in the hot summer months.
Also these villages are very close to the edge of the Madonie Park so have lots of local specialities in the local cuisine.

You can book a flight direct to Palermo from London Stansted with ryan air flying until october twice daily.

Further details indoors: Wonderful new complex of bright colourful villas set in gardens and grounds that stretch toward the sea.
This is a private gated comunity which means is perfect for families and has direct access on to the white sand beach of Lascari.
The area has a real holiday feel as the Italians have a lot of villas and holiday homes in this area and it is definitely a beach feeling area.
Very close to Cefalu by car and the resorts activities, whilst having wonderful lido Gorgo just on your doorstep.
Further details outdoors: Set amongst other villas rented by us, this area is very pretty outside with paved and flagged paths that have plants and tropical palms that sway in the sea breezes, The area is safe and secure with lit outside areas at night and gated driveways which are automatic.
Some of the villas have direct sea views so please request if you would like a sea view.

Airconditioning is present in all villas which is payable locally in resort at 0.30 cents € a kilo watt.
There will be a final cleaning bill of 50€ added to the cost of the holiday payable in resort.
