A Gazebo is set up for our guests where activities, parties, and characteristic meals upon request can be organized. Dancing and entertainment enliven the evenings
A sheltered and protected parking space is available round the clock for every guest. It has a separate entrance and exit, and the automatic gates are activated by a remote control given to each guest
Each villa at Fontana Barone Residence is surrounded by its very own treed garden perfectly kept, affording privacy and quiet. Every villa has an open veranda with a barbecue pit in addition to a Kitchen.

Each villa has two entrances: the main door is accessed from the path while the rear door is through the veranda. Both lead into a delightfully appointed sitting-room with a fully furnished adjoining kitchen. The outstanding quality of the interiors is revealed by the attention to details, the high quality of the materials used, the air-conditioning in every room, two baths, cooking facilities both indoors and outdoors for barbeques, telephone in every room, a safe, a trespassing alarm-system.

The Sicily region
Sicily's history spans some 6000 years. While Rome was still a small village of poor shepherds Sicily boasted a magnificent civilization with towns which could challenge in power and splendour the cities of the Greek motherland. Since prehistoric times different peoples landed in Sicily attracted by its beauty, fertility and luxuriant vegetation. The island has seen many different cultures flourish on its soil, which have left behind a trail of impressive monuments, buildings and works of art which still today inspire wonder and admiration. The Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Normans, Swabians, French and Spaniards have all left in their wake their mark on its appearance. Many of these peoples felt at home in Sicily, the land Homer described as " the wonderful island of Helios" the God of the Sun, the dream land of the ancients where "everything grew without being sown". It was a supremely desirable land, an exceptional crossroads of history where different races and civilisations merged.
Cefalu area
Cefalu, a delightful seaside town famous for its long beach of golden sand, the deep blue of the sea and its typical Mediterranean atmosphere with a hint of Arabian mystery, is the most exciting and charming resort in Sicily.
Many tourists come every year to Cefalu attracted by the warm bright colours and the magnificent setting: beautiful small coves, creeks and beaches, sheer rocky cliffs which descend to the sea, olive groves, lemon and orange plantations which diffuse the intense fragrance of their blossoms, the mountainous woodlands. Nature's wonders are counterbalanced by man's creations : the impressive Arabo-Norman cathedral, the dazzling gilded mosaics of the Christ Pantokrator, the Ruler of All, the medieval wash-house, the enigmatic smile of Antonello da Messina's Unknown Man.
