About the home

A charming and elegant "villa" were the owners lives, situated in the beautiful hills surrounding the Madonie Natural Park and close tho the lively seaside village of Cefalù. Tastefully designed and decorates, the apt is 85 sm with a large terrace of 60 sm with a second dining area, bbq facility, and lounge chairs.
The villa is strategically located near the most beautiful sandy beaches of Cefalù. You can discover the surroundings, by horse riding or walking through the old cities where you can stop for the excellent food.

The Apt entrance is on the st floor that you will reach by private stairs and crossing a large and full equipped terrace with wonderful view on the coastline. Inside you will find a living area on your left and a dining area with an American Kitchen at your left. Two nice bedrooms and a private bathroom complete the Apt.

The property is surrounded by 2,5 ha of olive trees and garden but you will spend mosto of your time in the delightful terraced swimming pool with greats sea viewa, enjoying peace and relax.

The Norman town of Cefalù is one of the Sicily major attraction thanks to it splendid Cathedral with an exceptional example of Arab-Norman mosaics. You will also appreciate a walking along its narrow loveling streets full of shops, bar and fish restaurants.

Gratteri is a very old little village set like a gem in the Madonie Mountains which offers you an completely different picture of Sicily with his age-old traditions that still dominate the inhabitants life. Walking through the village to reache the Castle ruins you will find a taste of a Sicily unchanged for many generations.

“comfortable well furnished property with spectacular views” We had a fantastic time at the PInk House. The facilities were very good. The owners were exceptionally friendly and really helpful. They made us feel very welcome and ensured that our holiday was full of good memories. The house is in a secluded quiet place within easy access of Cefalu and Gratteri(about a 15 minute drive). A car is essential . Palermo is just over an hours drive and there are plenty of places worth visiting. The beach in Cefalu is sandy and the sea is very safe for young children.

“Beautiful and made to feel most welcome” We've been 3 times to the pink house so that says quite a lot.!! The owners are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Our teenagers love it and we found it very relaxing. The views are stunning and we never want to leave.The appartment has everything you'd need to cater for yourself and if you want the use of a freezer or washing machine the owners gladly let you use theirs. Loved walking around Cefalu and Gratteri where you get a real taste of Sicily away from tourists. Can't wait to go back next year.
