NICE independant villa ,of new construction, in residence on the countryside ideal for couples and families in holiday with pool (july & august ) and soccer-ground , only 150 meters far from the sea. There are three bedrooms furnitured , a bath with shower, an equipped kitchen with a large diningroom, and a utility room. Outside there is a covered veranda, place barbecue a nice garden/solarium with meadow equipped furniture for your relax and the children can quietly play . All the property is enclosed, Car park inside the villa. In the back garden of the villa there is a marvelous scenery of the mountains ( Madonie 220 mtrs)
with ski station attainable in a few minutes' drive. Pool and soccer-ground belonging to the residence.

The Sicily region

The villa is situated on the northern coast of Sicily near small village Campofelice di Roccella and 9 (km far) from CEFALU’ the most important tourist centre of Sicily. In this country there are a beautiful sea and wonderful landscape, very important are the storia , culture, the momuments and the tradition of wine and food. Cefalu / Campofelice di Roccella area

Cefalù is a small seaside resort, characteristic of the north coast and of island approx 50 km to the east of Palermo. Its name comes from the Punic word "Kefa", which literary means "Head" referring to the big rock standing behind the town. The most important monument in Cefalù is the Arabian and Norman Cathedral. According to the history, the cathedral was erected in 1131 as a fulfilment of a vow by King Ruggero II, who landed safely on the coast of Cefalù after being shipwrecked. Cefalù, is a lovely town whose charm comes from its beaches and its sea, so clean and unspoiled. Sight seeings: the cathedral founded in 1131 by King Ruggero, the museum mandralisca with the famous Antonello da Messina. Interesting excursion to pollina 730 m and Park of Madonie. It is also interesting to take trips to the various villages in the nearby mountains as S Mauro- Castelbuono- Pollina where you can taste the typical dishes of the local gastronomy made in conformity with the ancient tradition of our ancestors. The dairy products, especially chees and "ricotta" (cottage cheese made of skimmed milk), are very good and can be tasted and bought in the farms scattered in the area.
The position is ideal to visit Sicily, at km 7 motorway A 19 Palermo/Catania and Palermo Messina from where you can get the most important cities of the Sicily. It is possible to visit in day trips Palermo, Trapani ,Siracusa, Agrigento, Noto, Piazza Armerina , Enna, Taormina, Catania the volcano Etna and its park, island eolie (Lipari, Salina...)

Fly to Palermo airport or ferry port Palermo, then motorway A19 .
