Very beautiful villa overhanging the sea and in a dominating position over the bay of Cefalu, one of the most interesting parts surrounding Sicily. Extensive and beautiful views over the sea and the bay. Peaceful position during the off-seasons, while during the months of July-August the major influx of people in the nearby beaches and rocky areas naturally reduces this peace ful lness. The villa is built on 1500 m2 of grounds and is made up of the main building,which is 10m straight above the sea,. They are linked by a staircase amid the greenery of the typical Mediterranean shrubbery. Tree lined area that overlooks the sea and is used for outdoor dining. the villa and the grounds spread over several levels that slope down towards the sea. In the upper part is the entrance with parking places for 2 cars, immediately after that the annexe and further below the villa with several terracings that overlook the sea and a short walk through the grounds will bring you to the sea (cliffs with man-made platform on the sea) and the beautiful beach on one side of the villa just a few metres away.
