Independent house surrounded by trees and tranquility of the "Parco delle Madonie" 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Sicily. From the apartment is very easy to visit the most beautiful places of Sicily, Palermo-Messina motorway (A20) is just 2 minutes. The nearest railway station is 0.8 miles. Great as a base for excursions. Cefalu (5 miles), "the pearl of the Mediterranean", provides a clear sea with a beautiful coastline beaches, rich history and cultural tours and nature. Its territory offers stunning walks that allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature that, in addition to many recreational opportunities, it also offers archaeological sites, temples, megalithic monuments and important works. The Aeolian Islands can be visited by day trips departing from Cefalu, Palermo is located (45 miles). Piazza Armerina (50 miles). Castelbuono (8 miles).
