The homestead is a stone Villa situated in the hills of the district of Bibbona reached by a gravel road (2km)

The villa is in a dominant position with a 360° panoramic view it has a private swimming pool and is in an isolated and tranquil spot. The weather is good from April to October and is often mild even in winter.

The villa is on two floors and is approximately 600 square meters and offers accommodation for 16+6 people in 2 apartments with 4 bedrooms each, all the bedrooms have en- suite bathrooms. Both apartments are independent but connected by a staircase.

Cleaning: last day cleaning it’s generally compulsory( in case of perfect house cleaning condition the cleaning will not be conpulsory or will have a lower price) if people stay in a villa more then 1 week they can choose if they want cleaning of the villa included change of the bed linen and towels during the stay at the same price as final cleaning or just change of bed linen and towels at 10,00 € per guest.

Heating of swimming pool: avalaible depending on weather conditions and outside temperature.

The Tuscany / Livorno Province region

On the Tuscan coast, along the coastal road that leads to Livorno -Cecina we encounter in the town of Castiglioncello. His views are already known thanks to Tandi from 800 paintings that the movement of Macchiaioli He had dedicated. Location very fashionable in the ’50s, thanks to holiday villas overlooking the sea built by Mastroianni, Sordi and other major artists of the Dolce Vita Italian. From the ’70s onwards Castiglioncello has experienced a period of decadence to find a new luster in recent years thanks to the creation of the new marina of Cala De ‘Medici, became a prestigious seaside resort called “La Perla del Tirreno”.

The Cecina, Tuscany / Casale Marittimo area

Among olive groves and vineyards of silver nobles, runs one of the most important and beautiful of the Wine Road of Etruscan Coast. E'qui that produces the Bolgheri DOC wines are born and, like Sassicaia and Ornellaia, one of the best in the world, along with many other quality wine production.

This "paradise of Italian wine", as defined, is rooted in a generous nature, the climate, and the special talent of the producers.

Along the Wine Road along a very picturesque route, with woods and hills on one side and the sea on the other, we find farms, wineries, churches and castles, in a magnificent setting and harvested at the same time.

A place of honor is also extra virgin olive oil produced by local farms, which accompanies good natural foods and tasty and delicious cuisine.
