Further steep stairs up to double bedroom (6' linked bed, or twin by arrangement) with views; bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). Loading and unloading outside; car park 150 yards. No children under 6 years. Thirty yards from footpath to the lovely Mount Edgecumbe grounds.
