- Rather steep stairs lead up to the first floor

- Twin bedroom, both with low doorways

- Further steep staircase leads up to a loft room with a Kingsize bed

LOCAL AREA

- Shops, pubs and restaurants both in Cawsand and Kingsand within a five minute stroll

- Summer ferry runs from Plymouth landing on Cawsand beach

- Antony House and Mount Edgcumbe Park are within a few minutes drive
