This newly built and modern apartment is situated on a slope just few minutes walk from the amazing old town. This flat offers everything necessary for total enjoyment and relaxation during your holiday.
The apartment is divided over two levels, the second and third floor. The apartment entrance is via internal staircase from where you get into a small lobby. Further on, there is a partially separated and fully equipped kitchen, a trendy diner area and a stylish and comfortable lounge area with leather furniture. The lounge and diner area have access into a terrace with views over the great part of Dubrovnik riviera, Cavtat old town and Dubrovnik in the distance, great for outdoor dining and chilling out.
Passing the wooden stairs you will get into the apartment upper level where on the left side is one single and one double bedroom. The first door on the right is a shower room equipped with a massage cubicle, while the second one leads into a beautiful double bedroom with a specious en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, a single jacuzzi bath and a washing machine.
The apartment is additionally equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, a sat TV and a DVD set. Private garage and parking are provided.
The discrete owners also live in the house but in the separate private property beneath.
The apartment provide an ideal base from which to enjoy the city of Cavtat and it would suit a family or friends looking for a peaceful location yet be within easy access of the nearby areas of interest.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
Dubrovnik Riviera is steeped in sunshine and bathed in mild Mediterranean breezes, this part of Croatia is a lush region of beaches, steep reefs, coves, subtropical flora, forested islands and, its crowning jewel, the walled city of Dubrovnik. Cavtat area
Cavtat is placed 18km south east from Dubrovnik old town. It's a lovely green township famous for its cafes and restaurants, with lots of walking paths.
An hourly boat service operates from April to October. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Ticket costs 50kuna (one way), 80kuna (return). Bus service is also very frequent from 5am to midnight (in high season to 1am). One way ticket cost 12kuna. By car it takes about 20 minutes.
Additional attractions in the Cavtat area include horse back riding, diving and excursions to Elafiti islands and Cilipi folklore dance (on Sundays). The most interesting are Montenegro (Kotor-Cetinje-Budva), Mostar - old town, Islad Mljet (national park) and Canoe Safari (river Trebizat).
