This beautiful one bedroom apartment is located right on the town harbour, in a house that is more than 200 years old. The house entrance is directly from the road which runs along the promenade. To get to this apartment, you need to go through the ground floor courtyard and than take the steps to the first floor level. This opens up onto a lovely sea facing terrace with outdoor tables and chairs. From the terrace there is an entrance to the apartment.
The apartment consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen/diner/lounge area with a pull-out sofa bed capacity for 2 people, a double room and a separate shower room. This newly renovated apartment is equipped with an air conditioning, a sat TV, a stove, an oven, a big refrigerator and a washing machine.
This property would suit a couple or a family with children looking to be within a typical small Dalmatian town with restaurants, entertainment and beaches all within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is very suitable for elderly people and those with walking difficulties.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
Dubrovnik Riviera is steeped in sunshine and bathed in mild Mediterranean breezes, this part of Croatia is a lush region of beaches, steep reefs, coves, subtropical flora, forested islands and, its crowning jewel, the walled city of Dubrovnik. Except this beautiful places there are some other fascinating spots to visit as: Trsteno with its botanical garden, beautiful Elaphiti islands, the island of Lokrum, Mlini and Cavtat.
The vicinity of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro is also one of the main advantages to spend a holiday in Dubrovnik Riviera.
Cavtat / Cavtat Old Town area
Cavtat is placed 18km southeast from Dubrovnik old town. It's a lovely green township famous for its cafes and restaurants, with lots of walking paths. An hourly boat service operates from April to October. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Ticket costs 50kuna (one way), 80kuna (return). Bus service is also very frequent from 5am to midnight (in high season to 1am). One way ticket cost 12kuna. By car it takes about 20 minutes. Additional attractions in the Cavtat area include horse back riding, diving and excursions to Elafiti islands and Cilipi folklor dance.
How to get there
The best way to get to Cavtat is by plane. Dubrovnik airport is 5km away from Cavtat. Transfer from/to the airport is available and free of charge.
