This newly restored fully furnished and equipped apartment situated on the sea front is perfect for a beach holiday.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a shower room, an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a pull-out sofa capacity for two, a balcony and a large terrace with sea view.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a kettle and a microvawe. The apartment is air conditioned and additionaly equipped with a sat TV and washing machine.
Due to its great location -less then 5 minutes easy walk to the main beach and pool facilities and just a minute walk from the very centre of town - it offers just perfect accommodation for elderly people and families with small children.
There is also a studio apartment for up to 2 people available within this property.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
Dubrovnik Riviera is steeped in sunshine and bathed in mild Mediterranean breezes, this part of Croatia is a lush region of beaches, steep reefs, coves, subtropical flora, forested islands and, its crowning jewel, the walled city of Dubrovnik. Off the rocky shores lies the large island of Korcula and idyllic Island of Mljet (National Park) andsmaller islands of which the most popular are Lopud, Sipan and Kolocep.
Dubronik listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its protected and preserved Old Town, is one of the most beautiful and famous cities in Europe. In addition to a rich history and culture, it offers an abundance of heritage.
The region is famous for its wines, especially those from Pelješac peninsula and Konavle valley, olive oil, fishing and the cultivation of mussels in Ston area. All of these places are within an easy reach by boat, bus or car. Except this beautiful places there are some other fascinating spots to visit as: Trsteno with its botanical garden, beautiful Elaphiti islands, the island of Lokrum, Mlini and Cavtat.
The vicinity of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro is also one of the main advantages to spend a holiday in Dubrovnik Riviera.
The Cavtat area
Cavtat is placed 18km southeast from Dubrovnik old town. It's a lovely green township famous for its caffes and restaurants, with lots of waking paths.
An hourly boat service operates from April to October. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Ticket costs 50kuna (one way), 80kuna (return). Bus service is also very freqvent from 5am to midnight (in high season to 1am). One way ticket cost 12kuna. By car it takes about 20 min.
Aditional attractions in Cavtat area include horse back riding, diving and excursions to Elafiti islands and Cilipi folklor dance. We can book for you one of full or half day tours from Cavtat. The most interesting are Montenegro (Kotor-Cetinje-Budva), Mostar - old town, Islad Mljet (national park) and Canoe Safari (river Trebizat).

Dubrovnik International airport is a 10 minute drive away. Transfer from/to airport is available and free of charge. Please notify us your flight details at time of booking.
The nearest port is Gruz (Dubrovnik's modern harbour), and you can take boats to many of Croatia's islands and Bari, in Italy. Gruz is a 45 minute bus ride from Cavtat.
If much of your visit is to be spent around Dubrovnik area, you will need to hire a car. Please contact us for more information.
The bus stop is 200m away from the apartment. The city of Dubrovnik is 18km away and is easily accessable by boat or bus.

We enjoyed the situation. A lot of Cavtat apartments are a walk up a hill but this was on the quayside. The studio was spacious and spotless. The views were fantastic from the balcony and the customer service was fantastic. The price included a taxi to the airport which we were not expecting..
