From the owner

Luxury sea front villas located on the north shore of Cavtat bay surrounded by peace yet close to all amenities.

Our properties consist of two separate houses "The West House" and "The East House" that are located one next to the other overlooking the beautiful Cista Luka Bay just a few hundred meters north of the center of Cavtat.

The two properties underwent a complete reconstruction on the historical site of the Rural Complex Anic-Nikic dating back to the 18th century. The reconstruction was completed in year 2012.

The two houses boast an aggregate covered area in excess of 450 square meters surrounded by about 600 square meters of garden.

The houses are able to host up to a total of 24 guests.

The houses can be rented separately or together. The West House is slightly larger and can host up to 14 guest while the East House - slightly smaller - can host up to 10 guests.

WiFi internet is available throughout our properties.

Superb house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay! Fantastic view, nice beaches nearby, really close to the centre of Cavtat, but not in the centre.

Why can't I call Paolo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paolo (the owner) a message.

If Paolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
