Further details outdoors

Swimming pool - The private pool is 14x6 metres with a depth of 1 metre at the shallowest end, increasing to a depth of 1 and a half metres at the deep end. The pool is open from April to October.

Tucked away to one side at the rear of the property, is the single Roman ended pool. Screened on two sides by trees and hills, and surrounded by attractively planted flower beds, this private area has breath taking views over the Tuscan countryside. Outside the property is bordered on two sides by trees and hills, the owners have planted terraced flower beds with Mediterranean shrubs and herbs.

The grassed terrace which runs the full length of the rear of the property to the pool area is furnished with table and chairs, and is a wonderful spot for alfresco dining. Sitting on the terraced area or by the pool you have the most spectacular far reaching views over olive groves and vineyards.

Villa Il Solatio is built into the hillside and consists of two separate self contained apartments. The entrance to the first floor apartment is level with the driveway.

The Tuscany region

Centrally located, the estates and villas offered by To Tuscany offer privacy yet easy access to Tuscany's many historic towns. The beauty and romance of Florence, brimming with cultural and artistic attractions Siena, and San Gimignano rich with medieval history, are within an easy hour's drive.

Even closer to home are Chianti's five regional towns, Gaiole in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Panzano, Greve in Chianti.

Arezzo is a town in the Tuscan province, situated on a hillside that is 296 meters above the sea level, between Casentino, Valdichiana and Valdarno.

Archaeological remains are evidence of its existence since VI century. The town remained important during Roman times. Its ceramics in red coral with decorations in relief were famous and copied all over the Empire during the first Imperial period. Arezzo then was as famous as it is now for its goldsmiths.
