Vedanta is a double storey 4 bedroom air-conditioned an exclusive self catering, luxury villa with a shared swimming pool, located in Cavelossim Goa, a prestigious private development of individually owned villas and cottages nestled in the midst of swaying palms, coconut trees.
Here one can enjoy a pristine sunrise on an early morning walk against the backdrop of the river Sal.
In the evenings one gets to view a mesmerizing sunset over the Arabian Sea. The small township around Luisa and the beach once again comes to life in terms of fine dining, live music and evening entertainment programmes.
There is usually a grand finale of fire works display near the beach shacks every day during the season.

The villa consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area which opens out onto a delightful shady patio and private garden with a garden umbrella, Sun beds to soak in the Sun, balconies surrounded by two swimming pools amidst exotic tropical flora and fauna.
Insect screens are installed in all the windows.
The cleaning service, Electricity and water charges are included in the rent. Linen and towels are changed twice a week & Pool towels are available at no extra cost.

Only a 5 minutes stroll away is the idyllic 20 km stretch of powder white sandy, a southern Goan beach, which has much to offer, in terms of authentic Goan delicacies, an array of international cuisine & sports activities such as para gliding, water scooters, banana boat, beach volleyball, dolphin watch etc.
The original fishing community is still here & the small fishing boats still go out to fish everyday. Abundant supply of sea-food!
Besides enjoying the Sun, Sand, Sea and the tropical weather one can also indulge in Ayurvedic massages or a game of golf at the 9 hole golf course at the Leela Palace which is 2 km from Luisa.
A vacation at Luisa-by-the-sea has much to offer both for a person looking for a quiet holiday amidst nature, chirping birds and someone looking for fun filled outdoor activities with fine dining and good music. Don�t forget there is always the barbecue at the shack on the beach.
Within a few meters from the main gate there are four and five star hotels, restaurants, beach shacks, supermarket, wine stores, cyber cafes, money changers, ATM machines, Chemists, fruits/ vegetables stalls and clothing/ leather/ jeweller shops
DOLPHIN AND SUNSET CRUISE: Cavelossim is famous for its dolphin spotting tours . One can also go on sunset cruises on the Sal River. Feel the magic take over as you feel completely at peace with yourself when you see the sun set at a distance and water gets painted golden orange. Dolphin cruises in the sea are fun and you can be sure to spot a dolphin or two cruising along your boat. If you are lucky enough, they can come real close and allow you to touch them.
There are some local shacks at the beach .The food is absolutely delicious and will leave you asking for more. So come to Cavelossim beach and enjoy life in its best form.
Goa exudes charm and warmth mainly because of the friendly and happy-go-lucky people who reside there. The people of Goa are extremely hospitable and make their guests feel at home.
A very important part of the life of an average Goan is a 'Siesta'. This is basically an afternoon break when Goans retire back to their houses, shut down shops and take a break.
GOA SPICE PLANTATIONS.
There is more to Goa than just beaches, A major attraction in the rural side is the spice plantation of Goa. Situated in the region called Ponda (central Goa), the spice plantations in Goa use organic methods of cultivation and farming. The spices that are produced are then cleaned and ground into powder.
The spice plantations of Goa are quite popular as a tourist attraction. On a typical excursion to the spice plantations, you shall begin your day by starting to explore the fields and the farms. It is very astonishing to see men climbing on very tall trees while maintaining a balance and at the same time plucking betel nut fruits from those swaying trees. The spice plantations are managed by people who have comprehensive knowledge and excel in technical know how of farming spices. DUSHAGAR WATERFALL:
The Dudhsagar waterfalls are located in the Sanguem district of Goa near the Goa-Karnataka border. It is located at a distance of around 60 kilometers from Margao and can be reached easily by hiring a taxi .
Dudhsagar waterfalls of Goa have the distinction of being ranked as the fifth highest waterfall in India and they list in the Top 100 highest waterfalls in the world.
WATERFALLS.
The Dudh Sagar waterfalls have a milky white appearance which is why it is named as Dudhsagar which literally
means 'Ocean of Milk'. The Dudhsagar waterfalls plunge down from a staggering height of 2000 feet. The waterfall is located amongst lush green surroundings of the forests of Western Ghats which is what makes it even more scenic and beautiful.
Many tourists who visit Dudh Sagar prefer swimming in the calm waters. It is quite safe to swim there provided one is careful enough.
The Dudhsagar waterfalls provide a breathtaking view from the top and they look scintillating during the crack of dawn. Those who love adventure and thrill can always try to climb to the head of the waterfalls though the rough path full of rocks, vegetation and water. It may take a couple of hours but it will definitely be worth it! So if you want to spend an entire day in serenity, go to Dudhsagar waterfalls of Goa.

Larger parties of up to 20 people can be accommodated well in advance by bulk booking of our three villas together as they are neighbouring ones.
Payment accepted by secure Bank Transfer only. (Bank Charges payable by guests).
Rates for three bedroom are also available for the same Villa on request depending on the availability.
Smoking is restricted to balconies and verandah's.
Conditions
Garden Umbrella with Sun beds is present on the premises of the villa.
The villa is tiny-tots friendly and also has a high chair for the little ones.
