Traditional detatched Breton longere in a small village three mins walk to Lake Guerledan. Walking, fishing, water skiiing, swimming, tennis and horse riding. Local store, bars and restaurants. Supermarket, banks etc at Mur de Bretagne 5 Minutes drive. There is a beach at the lake and a roped off swimming area.

The Brittany / Cotes-D'Armor region
The area has only twelve frost days a year, the climate is similar to that in Cornwall. Brittany is distinct from other French regions because of its Celtic heritage. They have their own language which is the same as Cornish or Welsh. Brittany's indented coastline makes a great place for exploring. Magnificent beaches on the north and gentler wooded river valleys in the south. Most major towns still have relics from their medieval past.
Caurel area
Caurel is a small village on the lac de Guerledan. The lake is approx twelve miles long and is ideal for walks and fishing. All sporting facilities available nearby and bicycle hire. During the summer there are fetes nearly every week-end with music, food and drink. There are lakeside bars and restaurants within three minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants within ten minutes drive.
How to get there
Fly to Dinard or Brest ( Ryan Air ). Brittany Ferries to Roscoff or St Malo. Approx 7 hour drive from Calais.

Further details indoors: Very efficient wood fired central heating system. In the summer the house is very cool, giving relief from the heat. All mattresses and bedding is new.
Further details outdoors: Large garden with badminton net, large BBQ and plenty of garden furniture. Parking at the back of the house for three cars.

Refundable breakages deposit required. Bedding supplied and changed weekly. Please bring own towels.
