Horse livery is also available here, if arranged before hand with the owner, making this a wonderful cottage for a vacation of pony trekking through the luscious countryside. With a pub just ten minutes walk away, and a shop two miles down the road, this is a well-served property and would make an excellent holiday-spot, no matter what time of year.

The Caterham area
Set amidst the glorious Surrey countryside, the charming village of Caterham is situated on the pretty North Downs Way and offers a good number of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Also boasting a wide range of entertainment facilities, such as a charming local theatre and a great leisure centre, this village is well placed in regards to the rest of the region. Boasting a wealth of footpaths and bridleways, the surrounding countryside is just waiting to be explored and visitors can take time to enjoy the many charming towns and villages that this wonderful area has to show. The nearby towns of Reigate and Dorking offer a wide range of practical amenities whilst a thirty minute drive will take you to the Bluewater Shopping Centre and Chessington World of Adventures.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
