This countryside rural Villa is perfect for family get-togethers, reunions with friends, stag and Hen parties. The Villa is surrounded by olives groves and ancient trees, this is a real private and secluded place set upon the top of a hill with commanding views across the valley below.

Catanzaro / Caraffa area
The City of Catanzaro is a 10 minute drive away, going down to the coast at Catanzaro Lido there are many very good restaurants, in particular one called 'piccolo mondo', well worth a visit, the restaurant is built on stilts above the waters edge.
The area of Caraffa is mainly olive groves and very calm and relaxing.

Further details indoors: The whole of this Villa has recently been refurbished , and inside you will find a well equipped Kitchen with seating for 10, together with fireplace, wood is provided. The bedrooms are furnished in a simple but modern style, there is a large sitting room with open fireplace.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is beautiful barbecue, charcoal provided, and sunny terrace on which to savour the incredible views of the surrounding valley.
Bikes can be provided, please enquire. The Villa forms part of a larger farm estate which produces its own Olive oil, salami, and you are welcome to go and inspect their produce.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, as the property is a few km from local shops, we can arrange for you to receive fresh bread Milk and cornettos every morning.
