The villa has a large living room with dining area. Through the sliding doors you have access to the two level terraces. Downstairs there are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with separate shower. One of the bedrooms has also access to the terrace.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a door to the service area. This is where the washing machine and extra storage is. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the bedroom through sliding doors you have a private terrace with the best view in town.
The villa has been used for long permanent living guaranteeing that the property has all the equipment such as Sky satellite TV (free to air channels). A nice well located and equipped holiday villa.

The Algarve region
The Eastern Algarve is relatively unspoilt and retains a great deal of the traditional Portuguese way of life. The area abounds in nature reserves, natural pine forests and conservation areas allowing birds & nature to flourish. North of the villa is an area of outstanding natural beauty alongside the Guadiana river, past the great dams of Beliche and Odeleite and on up to Alcoutim.
Here can be found artisans still practising the ancient techniques of crafts such as blanket weaving, shawl & lace making, and straw hat & basket weaving. Nearby and to the west is the pretty town of Tavira, with its castle and a multitude of churches, now enjoying renewed prosperity from tourism and fishing.
The local beaches are "to die for" and yet are so uncommercialised, apart from the welcome existence of the occasional restaurant, positioned right on the sands, serving local, freshly-caught fish and seafood.
Castro Marim area
Castro Marim is situated on the banks of the Guadiana river. From Castro Marim you will have a view towards Ayamonte (Spain) on the other side of the river. Castro Marim already existed during the roman occupation, The ruins of the castle are on the north side of the town and the remainders of the 17th century ‘Forte de São Sebastião are on the hills in the south part of Castro Marim. The area south of Castro Marim is a nature reserve where a lot of very special birds are seen.
Castro Marim is close to the town Monte Gordo where lots of restaurants and bars offer great fish, drinks and of course the many great wines Portugal has to offer. Castro Marim is connected with Spain by a bridge. From Castro Marim you can easily pay a visit to Ayamonte, Lepe, Huelva and even Sevilla (140 km). Castro Marim not only offers sun and beach but also culture, nature, sightseeing and lots of activities.
