An outstanding luxury villa set in a quiet location, With its own private pool garden and games room. The villa has 4 bedrooms - 2 double rooms with queen size beds and en-suites and 2 twin rooms located on the ground floor. The double bedrooms have private access to a balcony which overlooks the garden or private pool. On the ground floor there is a large lounge, dining room, kitchen and family bathroom with a walkin shower. All rooms have aircon. There is also sky free view, with basic english television channels. On the second floor there is also a reading area, with views over the swimming pool and garden.

The Algarve region
The villa is 2km north of the coastal EN125 road at Praia Verde & 5 minutes from A22 motorway junction 17 near Spanish boarder. The beautiful,white flat sandy beach of Praia Verde is close by, as are the beaches of Manta Rota, Altura and Monte Gordo, with its lively cafes, restaurants, post office, chemist and casino. The towns of Altura, Castro Marim and Villa Real de San Antiono are 5 minutes away with supermarkets, bakers and daily indoor markets with fresh fish, meat, fruit & vegetables. The local internet cafe is situated in castro marim 5 minute drive away. The villa is ideally situated for a Golf Tour and is only 10 minutes drive from Castro Marim Golf Course.Also opening this year is the brand new Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. Golf can be arranged. there are 7golf courses within a 30 minute drive or less. Castro Marim Golf Course is a challenging course offering stunning views across the countryside. Within an easy 20 minute drive, you can play the Islantilla Golf Course which has hosted the Spanish Open and also Benamor (views over mountains, countryside and sea), Quinta Da Ria(beautiful sea views) and Quinta Da Cima, a lovely course and the most challenging of the three, all situated in Cabanas. Within a 45 minute motorway drive (motorways here are a pleasure to drive on and much quieter than England!) you can find all the famous Algarve Golf Courses around the upmarket Vilamoura area.
Castro Marim / Quinta do Sobral, Sao Bartolomeu area
Quinta do Sobral is ideally located for trips to Spain for a change of scenery & culture - Ayamonte is the closest Spanish town at approx 15 minutes by car & Seville is only .1.5 hours away! The beach towns of Monte Gordo & Altura are 3 Km away & offer the usual souvenir shops, cafes, restaurants & bars. Monte Gordo also has a large casino for the keen gambler! Vila Real de Santo Antonio is only 10 minutes away & has the usual facilities of a larger town with a wonderful marina & promenade by the river Guadiana. For the more athletic amongst you Vila Real also has an IAAF certified sports centre used extensively by top athletes & coaches. The stadium is a preparation centre for the Olympic Games, accredited by the Olympic Committee of Portugal.

-Transfer time to the villa is approximatley 45 minutes from Faro and Seville airport 90 minutes.

Villa Jumanji is very easy to find, and is only minutes from both the main coastal road running from Faro towards Spain, and junction 17 of the west to east A22 motorway running along the coast between Portugal and Spain.

Standard check-in time is from 4pm on the day of arrival, through to check-out by 10am on the day of departure. A 20% deposit of the total amount is required to secure your booking. The outstanding balance must be settled 6 weeks before departure. The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation, and we strongly recommend that you cover this eventuality by a travel/accident insurance policy. A break deposit is due on arrival of €250 euros, and then returned on departure day once the villa has been checked.
