This is a breath taking well-equipped villa. The villa is set in beautiful surrounding nature reserves & country side but still only 1km from Castro Marim train stop & 7 km to the main ferry conecting mainland Portugal & Spain. Quinta do Sobral is only 2km from the EN125 (old road) & only 4km to the E1 (new main road to Spain or Faro ect...). This massive villa has everything you need. Including a lovely size pool to relax in or visit the stylish beach of Praia Verde, we particularly recommend the bar and restaurant Pezinhos n' Areia, the place to go. There is a lovely golf course nearby in Castro Marim. For a short drive you could go into Spain (Ayamonte) and experiance the lovely, traditional, friendly, tapas bars, restaurants and Spanish culture.

Our villa over looks such country side & has views over the suspensien bridge joining Spain & Portugal in the distance. There are a chain of spectacular luxury beaches within a short drive of the villa littered with bars, restaurants, & things to do.
Why not visit the 2000 year old town of Ayamonta & injoy the fine foods, Arcitecture & Spanish hospitality. Only 8 km drive from the villa.
Castro Marim / Quinta do Sobral, Sao Bartolomeu area
The town of Vila Real do Santo Antonia is about 10 minute drive and is home to the unique new sports, athletics & tennis stadium plus marina, ferryboat to Spain, massive indoor market for fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. The lovely view of the countryside, which is available from our villa.
How to get there
-You can fly to Faro airport (approx 45 minutes) or Seville airport (approx 90 minutes)
-You can also drive down from Lisbon (just over two hours)
-Faro airport is very well served by airlines flying regularly from provincial cities all over the UK and major European cities. Many budget airlines also fly into Faro and RyanAir fly to Serville airport from stansted.
-If you fly with Easyjet they give you discount on a hire car if you go to www.europcar.com

It has a massive underground car park accessed through firstly an electric garage door, it parks in the underground car park about 10 cars. It has full tiled floor & a suspended cieling. Hopefully by the summer we will have a gym & games room down there.
Further details outdoors: The villa is on 6 levels - garden, carpark, swimming pool, ground floor, first floor, & finaly the roof terrace.
The massive swimming pool has stairs running down the side of it leading to the garden, with a water fall the full length of the swimming pool, which you can touch with your hand.
The sunfilled beautiful garden is overlooked by the masive villa. It has drinks trees (lemons, limes, oranges, ect) also a further patio area. There is a brick & tiled barbecue. By the pool there will be numerous sunbeds, tables & chairs, This place is designed to enjoy.
Further details
We will require a £500 deposit to secure the reservation. Balance of rental due one month before check-in. Normal check-in time 3pm and check-out 10 am to allow the villa to be prepared for the next guest. Please note that the deposit is non-refunderable and we recommend insuring against all eventualities.
A full deposit will be returned to you a few days after you vacate the property with no breakages.
