Castletownshend is within easy access (52 miles) of Cork Airport and ferry port. The village provides an excellent base to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and beaches by car or foot. There is a food store with petrol pump in the village as well as 3 pubs (two serving excellent food).
Easy walking within the village includes a stony beach and quay with slipway for launching small boats. Fishing and sea life boat trips are also available from the quay.
This spacious and elegant Georgian house can accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms.Each bedroom has a double bed and a single.

A large comfortable drawing room with an open fire, television and books will have you transported back to a bygone era, with high ceilings and tasteful decoration sympathetic with the era in which it was built.
This is a stunning residence with a charming personality, located right in the heart of one of West Corks most scenic villages. It will prove to be a location that is hard to beat for your Irish holiday!
Further details outdoors: This delightful and charming residence is surrounded by a large walled garden with off street parking. There is a large garden at the side of the house with wooden table and chairs and a BBQ area. The garden is shared with residents occuping the apartment below Cuin Brin.
Cot and high chairs are available on request.

Oil and electricity costs are extra on departure. 15% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance is paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment via bank transfer, UK cheque or VISA. ( A 3% Visa admin fee applies).
