Thank you very much for the kind words.
You made a very valid point about the TV signal which can be a bit poor at times. I've researched the causes and had advice from a lot of engineers and we have come to the conclusion that the signal is as good as it can be due to the location of the cottage in relation to the nearest TV tower in Hope. I've also tried a satellite dish to explore options like Sky or FreeSat but that yielded no results at all because it has to point directly at the hill behind the cottage. Honestly, if I could fix the problem by throwing money at it, I would have done so ages ago which is evident in the amount of money we spent on an Xbox 360, Blue ray DVD player and over a 100 DVD titles and games.
We are constantly looking at ways to improve and upgrade things to make our guests experience something truly exceptional and we'll be installing a tall fridge freezer and a dishwasher as soon as there is a gap in between the current reservations ;-)
Thank you for booking with us again and we can't wait to have you back next year!

Thank you for your feedback, we are still learning as we go along and decided that having tea, coffee and sugar provided as standard is a fantastic idea. This is already in place and we'll go and get a hair dryer soon as well.
