This house was constructed 11 years ago and remains in excellent order. It has been a cherished family holiday home for this time and is only just recently on the rental market.
From the front, there is adequate parking for 4 cars in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Absolutely ideal for children. The beach is only 10 minutes walk away and can be seen from the upstairs bedrooms. Other local attractions well worth a visit are Mussenden Temple (20 mins walk from house), Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope bridge, Bushmills Distillary and the rest of the stunning Antrim coastline. All this within a 20-mile drive!!

Through the front door, you enter into an open plan living area giving an immediate continental feel to the house. There are 2 x 3 seater leather settees, an open fire and 32" TV, DVD and freeview.
Through the living area is the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully supplied with all utensils including dishwasher as my wife is an avid cook. There is adequate seating for 6 or 8 around a substantial kitchen table.
The utility kitchen has a sink, microwave and washer/dryer combi, leading out to the back garden which overlooks acres of fields.
The complete downstairs floor is an easy clean wooden laminate, with carpet from the stairs all the way through each upstairs room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin children's beds. The bathroom suite is all white and comprises of a bath, sink, toilet and a separate walk in electric shower. The hot press is over the hot water tank and gives massive storage area.

This is in one of the most beautiful parts of Northern Ireland, trapped between low undulating mountains and the majestic Irish Sea. If beaches are your thing, then Castlerock has one of the most unspoilt on the coast. If it's the longest beach in Ireland you want, then drive or walk the mile to Downhill Strand, 7 miles of golden sands without interruption.
The Castlerock area
Local butchers, bakers, hairdressers, cafe, general shop, off license,chippy and several pubs all within a 10 minute leisurely walk.

There are a wide range of airlines and flights to Northern Ireland from within the UK, flying mainly into either Belfast International Airport (BFS) or George Best City of Belfast Airport (BHD).
www.skyscanner.net is a very useful site for checking cheap flight availability right across Europe.
The majority of flights from outside the UK fly into Belfast International Airport and from there you can get a bus connection to Castlerock, but it is easiest to drive.

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
For the summer period, bookings are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, arrival after 3pm and departing before 11am.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure booking and full payment 4 weeks prior to rental period. Cheque, transfer or Paypal accepted. Details will be forwarded on request of booking.
If the Calendar dates are marked in grey, then I am awaiting a deposit. Enquiries can still be made re these dates and are still available for rent until a deposit is received.
For the Irish Open Golf Tournament in Portrush, the train runs regularly through Castlerock, changes at Coleraine then on to Portrush. Approx 15 minutes overall journey time.
