£50 security deposit is also required for breakages,or excessive cleaning, payable with the balance and refunded in full within 10 days or less, if no breakages or damages occur.

County Derry and especially Castlerock area are steeped in history and places of interest.All within easy reach
some on foot and some a short drive are Mussenden Temple, Hezlett House, Benone Strand, Giants Causeway
Bushmills Distillery, Dunluce Castle, and Carrick-a- Rede rope bridge to name but a few. There are also world
renowned Championship golf courses and in fact Castlerock Golf Course is within walking distance from the
house.
The Castlerock area
Castlerock is a quiet, unspoilt sea-side village, ideal for relaxing family holidays beside the sea. It is a sea-side village situated on the North Coast of Ireland in an area of outstanding natural beauty with many scenic walks locally. It is ten minutes drive from the excellent shopping of Coleraine and the world renowned Antrim Coastline and Giants Causeway is a short drive away.
A short drive in the opposite direction will take you to the Donegal ferry at Magilligan point, the short ferry crossing to Greencastle in Donegal makes for a great day out exploring the Inishowen Peninsula.
Perfectly situated to explore either the countryside or the coastline this holiday home is indeed a great place to stay.With all the facilities that you could need to make your stay as welcome as possible this is a perfect holiday home, and when the beach is so close this makes this holiday home ideal.

We have stayed in this super house several times, each time as fantastic as the time before. We have stayed in Arlington both as a couple and as part of a group of 8 friends (making use of the very comfortable sofa bed !) The house is very spacious and the owners have included everything required to make it a home from home. The decking area in the back garden is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the north coast ! Arlington is a short walk (5-10mins) to a beautiful beach, a fantastic golf course and great shopping in Coleraine is easily accessible by train (train station is about 5 mins walk from the house) We will definitely be back to Arlington :) |

we found this house very clean and comfortable an had every thing we needed. The house is in a very quiet area an has a very safe back garden for young children to play in. we all really enjoyed our stay an r hoping to be back next year again. |
