The County Derry region

Lying west of Castlerock towards Londonderry there are numerous areas of outstanding beauty, beaches, mountains and forests as well as historical properties, scenic drives, walks and look out points to explore, with many activities along the way. The city of Londonerry itself is steeped in history, a 17th century walled city, which withstood several sieges one lasting 105 days. Daily walking tours of the walls take place all year round. As a modern day city it has a lot to offer including great shopping and unrivalled historical and cultural experience. East of Castlerock lies the busy shopping town of Coleraine. Portstewart and Portrush are other popular seaside villages. Bushmills Distillery, Giant's Causeway and on to Carrick-a Rede rope bridge.


Castlerock area

Castlerock is a small quiet seaside village, with a beautiful sandy beach and a championship 18 hole Golf course. Lying west of the River Bann with views of the hills of Donegal . An ideal base for a peaceful, relaxing holiday and exploring the north coast. The village offers a small range of shops including a butchers, a bakery and a number of excellent restaurants and coffee shops. There is also tennis courts and a bowling green. On entering Castlerock there is the National Trust property Hazlett House, a thatched property dating back to 1690, one of the oldest buildings in Northern Ireland. Within 10 km. there is Mussenden Temple, Bishop's Gate , Downhill forest , Downhill and Benone beach and leisure park, horse riding, pottery studios offering activities, the ferry to Greencastle, County Donegal and the busy shopping centre of Coleraine.

By Plane-City of Derry, Belfast International and Belfast City. Car hire available from all airports.
By Car Ferry-Greencastle to Magilligan Point, Troon to Larne,Cairnryan to Larne, Fleetwood to Larne,Stranaer to Belfast, Holyhead to Dublin, Liverpool to Dublin.
By train- There is a train station in Castlerock, it is on the Belfast to L'Derry line. Connections to Dublin.
Directions- Travel into Castlerock, continue over train line, take the second right at Home bakery, then take left into Innis Court.

The owners of the property can not be held responsible for damage to person or property and adequate insurance is recommended.
Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
Apartment must not be occupied by more than the number of people confirmed at booking.
£100 deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid on arrival.
£75 deposit for breakages is also required on arrival, this will be refunded (within a week of departure) if no
breakages or damages occur and the apartment is left in the condition it was found.
An inventory will be taken after departure, to access any damages or missing items and the deposit will be refunded within a week accordingly.
Cancellation- if cancellation the deposit will be lost.
