"Superb place for a quiet & peaceful getaway"
We found the holiday home with ease as the roads are all very well sign posted so we arrived in plenty of time to enjoy our first day.
The appt is spacious clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, its modern with 3 good sized bedrooms one with an ensuit .... could easily sleep 6 people.. The view from the window in the living area is totally "stunning" nothing but the sea and listening to the waves roll in from the balcony is just heaven, tranquil, & totally relaxing..
There is a shop just across the road for all your needs a lovely little quaint coffee shop, a chippy and a couple of bars we had a great time in "Bertha's Bar everyone was so friendly..
I would def recommend this appt not too expensive and perfectly situated for that relaxing weekend away will def be booking again.

"We will be back"
We booked this apartment when our usual 1st choice wasn't available. It's on the 1st floor but there is a lift if stairs are a problem. It has a great view of the beach and is close to the shop, railway station, and Golf club. It was clean and tidy and there was plenty of space for us all - 5 in total. The gas central heating quickly warmed the place and supplied all the hot water you would need.
The only down side was that the TV could do with being updated as the screen as a purple hue to it and connectivity is limited. Also the DVD player didn't work.
So if your into you TV/DVD take one with you! If you're not then there's always the Beach!!!
The owner was friendly and key pick up was hassle free. In short we loved it and will definitely be back. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing holiday or short break in the beautiful village of Castlerock. Enjoy the beach, or take one of the regular trains to Londonderry, Coleraine or beyond for days out. Don't forget to try the Diner beside the train station for good reasonably priced food.
Many thanks for your review. You will be glad to know the Tv has been updated and there is a new dvd in place. Sorry this was overlooked and hope to see you again.
