Castiglione Della Pescaia is the pearl of the Tuscan coast, in the south, along the coast of Maremma area. Its waters are awarded every year , again in 2008, for the cleanliness. The property is facing the sea with its balconies. The apartment is in a building 15 metres to the beach. It has a large and bright living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom. You can reach it by lift. The kitchen is fully equipped. A sofabed for 2 people more is provided in the living room .You could have breakfast in the balcony, have lunch on the sand and have dinner in romantic places all over the village coast. The Tuscany region

Castiglione della Pescaia area

Castiglione Della Pescaia is an ancient seaside town in the province of Grosseto. The modern city grew around a medieval fortress and a large fishery, from which it got its designation. Today Castiglione Della Pescaia is known for its clean beaches and has become a centre of international (mostly European) tourism.

How to get there

Landing at Pisa airport, just take the train to Grosseto (check train timetables at www.ferroviedellostato.it) and then the bus to Castiglione della Pescaia (check bus timetables at http://www.ramamobilita.it/~linee_orari/orari/linee/28/fermate/00013_asc.htm or ask us; we will be happy to help!)

The property is 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest bus stop from Grosseto

The apartment is located in a building on the promenade. 15 metres walking to the beach. The building has been restored 5 years ago. Balcony overlooking the sea, facing the sunset. Very close to the amenities and facilities, restaurants, clubs, shops, first aid, police station, pharmacies. It is at the second floor with balcony.
The entrance of the building is on the rear. To get to the apartment you could use either the stairs or the elevator. Other apartments are available in same location. Ask for information

Further details

30% deposit at the booking. 70% at the arrival. The price includes every other cost, included gas, heating, electricity. Linen are provided.

Conditions

The rent is from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is a week and multiply of it. For stays of two weeks we arrange a 10% discount over the price list. For three weeks a 15% discount. For four weeks a 20% discount.
The apartment are reserved when a 30% deposit is paid, normally by bank. The settling is done at the arrival.
You may check in either at the property or at our agency. if it is at the agency we will take you to the apartments.
