From the owner

A tangerine tree in the garden gives the name to this flat, composed of one double bedroom, living/kitchen area, bathroom, and private garden. The flat is on the hill of Castiglione della Pescaia, in a quiet residential area called Poggio alle Trincee, ideal for families and couples, near the Medieval castle and village.

Perfect for 2 adults, and suitable for 2 adults and a young child.

Once you go through the entrance gate, you will find yourselves in the private fenced garden. There is a table and a sun umbrella in the garden so that you can have your meals in the open air if you want, looking at the nice view of the sea.

The flat has WI-FI, A/C, mosquito nets, a TV with international channels, filter coffee machine, washing machine and a shower in the garden, to take the sand off of yourselves and refresh once you get back from the beach.

The minimum stay is 1 week. Check in from 2 pm to 6 pm and check out by 10 am. Self-check in available for arrivals after 6pm.

Upon arrival, guests are required to show a valid proof of ID (national ID card for EU and Swiss nationals; passport for anyone else), to comply with the requirements of check in registration. Additionally, guests are required to pay the local tourist tax in cash, which is 1.5€ per person per day, applicable to any guests above 12 y.o.

RULES OF THE APARTMENT

Only the number of people resulting from the booking will be admitted in the apartment.

No pets allowed.

Guests will throw the rubbish and do the dishes before leaving.

Smoking allowed only in the outside area.

The guests are kindly asked to be careful with the furniture and to be quiet early in the morning or late at night.

An extra will be charged on your security deposit if towels and sheets are found with stains that don't come off and if any of the rules are not respected.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
