The holiday apartment in the recently restructured Residenza Frassinelli with direct access to the seaside is a luxury flat pleasantly furnished and can lodge up to seven persons. It consists of a living room with bedsofa per two persons kitchenette, two bedrooms one of which with double bed, the other with two individual beds and a bathroom. Air condition There is a perfectly aquipped terrace situated near the seaside and offering a breathtaking view. On request a garage will be let. Pets are welcome

Castiglioncello area
Castiglioncello is a splendid seaside resort at the Tyrrenian coast south of Lacehorn enjoying a soft and pleasant climate also in wintertime. It is situated in the middle of Tuscany and has excellent communication services to all famous art cities or turist resort thus offering fascinating excursions even to the islands of the Tuscanian archipelago. Castiglionello stretches on a promontory with rank vegetation and magnificient view along the coastline. The charming piazza at the centre of the city invites to linger around elegant boutiques, bars, cafes or restaurants. Sporting activities include tennis, riding, biking, boating, sailing, offered are also sailing and diving courses.

By car: From Genova : A12 for Rosignano Marittimo exit Rosignano M.mo, take ss1 exit Castiglioncello From Milano : A1 for Bologna, A15 for La Spezia, A12 for Rosignano Marittimo From Florence: A1 for Roma exit Signa for s.g.c. Fi-Pi-Li for Livorno, take ss1 for Castiglioncello By plane: Fly to Pisa Galilei Airport or Florence, where you can rent a car. By train: In Castiglioncello there is railway station.

Guestbook for Castiglioncello
Our one week stay at Residence Frassinelli was very nice! The apartment was larger and more modern than we expected. The balcony was huge, with space for at least 6 persons, and offered a beautiful sunset overlooking the sea every night. The building had a luxury feeling about it and offered a private 50 meter path down to the sea line of Castiglioncello! We were also very pleased with the good parking solution offered very quickly by the owner for our two cars.
The host, Cristina Catelani, was very service minded and friendly.
Overall we didn't experience any problems at all before or during our stay at Residence Frassinelli.

The apartment and the view is even better than you can see on the photo's.It's well equipped, is clean and has good beds. It?s a very relaxing/inspiring place to stay. Furniture, equipment location is excellent. Overall the house is lovely and green.The view is incredible from the balcony, a beautiful blue sky with the magical changes colours of the Mediterranean Sea.It was well located with good access to interesting places in the neighbourhood, with car or train (you need only 40 minutes to Pisa) We really enjoy the location.Cristina is very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in Residence Frassinelli for three weeks and it was the perfect place to live with a litle baby. The building is perfectly situated near the beach and with a lovely view of the sea. The apartments was very modern, comfortable and in spotless order. Christina is very nice and reliable and made shore that we had every thing we needed. Thank you for the cake, Christina.
Castiglioncello is av very nice and friendly town with lots of threes, beautiful flowers and fresh air. We would like to come back very much and would not hesitate to stay in Residence Frassinelli. It is one of the best holidays we have ever had.
