The holiday apartment in the recently restructured Residenza Frassinelli with direct access to the seaside is
a luxury flat pleasantly furnished and can lodge up to seven persons. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms one of which with double bed, the other with two individual beds and a bathroom.
It is possible to share a perfectly aquipped solarium situated near the seaside and offering a breathtaking view. On request a garage will be let. Pets are welcome.

Castiglioncello area

Castiglioncello is a splendid seaside resort at the Tyrrenian coast south of Lacehorn enjoying a soft and pleasant climate also in wintertime. It is situated in the middle of Tuscany and has excellent communication services to all famous art cities or turist resort thus offering fascinating excursions even to the islands of the Tuscanian archipelago.
Castiglionello stretches on a promontory with rank vegetation and magnificient view along the coastline. The charming piazza at the centre of the city invites to linger around elegant boutiques, bars, cafes or restaurants.
Sporting activities include tennis, riding, biking, boating, sailing, offered are also sailing and diving courses.

From Genova : A12 for Rosignano Marittimo exit Rosignano M.mo, take ss1 exit Castiglioncello
From Milano : A1 for Bologna, A15 for La Spezia, A12 for Rosignano Marittimo
From Florence: A1 for Roma exit Signa for s.g.c. Fi-Pi-Li for Livorno, take ss1 for Castiglioncello
By plane:
Fly to Pisa Galilei Airport or Florence, where you can rent a car.
By train:
In Castiglioncello there is railway station.

Heating extra according to consumption.Prices can still according the number of persons and the length of stay. Low season, minimum stay 3 nights.

I have stayed in Castiglioncello at Residence Frassinelli two different times this year. We were fortunate to find this gem of a place on Holiday Lettings. Castiglioncello is a beautiful town with a strong artistic connection. Cristina Catelani is a wonderful hostess who attends to every possible need of her guests. She is generous with information about Castiglioncello. The apartment has every comfort of home. The sea is steps away and we spent many hours on the terrace waiting for the gorgeous sunset. There are many restaurants in town and also on the beautiful boardwalk overlooking the sea to choose from. I plan to return for many years. Leaving Castiglioncello and Residence Frassinelli is very difficult.

We have now arrived back home in England (it is a lot colder than Castiglioncello!) and I thought that I would write to thank you. The apartment was really excellent and you made us feel so very welcome (especially the spumante and cakes for my birthday, which was such a kind surprise) that you made our stay in your wonderful country even more pleasureable than we expected it to be.

We felt so at home in the apartment and in Castiglioncello that we did not want to leave this morning - you are lucky to live in such a pretty part of Italy.

I shall be recommending your apartment to all of my friends.
