The property is in a wonderful position, just a few steps away from a beautiful long sandy beach and a short distance from Selinunte, one of the most important archeological sites of ancient Greece. Both cosy and bright, Villa Mare del Sud consists of a large living-dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, the ample, furnished terrace, well-kept garden and loggia with dining area are ideal for relaxing al fresco.

The villa is also a perfect base for exploring the local area: Erice, Marsala and Trapani (with ferries for the Egadi islands) are just a few kilometres away, as are the Stagnone nature reserve and the little island of Mothia, the beaches of Marsala and San Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro nature reserve and the temples of Segesta.
