This cottage is located in Castelsardo's countryside. Castelsardo is a wonderful typical medieval village with a fishing port and a plaisance marina. You will also find typical restaurants. The area is rich in archeological sites. The sea's water is a clear emerald green. The cottage is made of two buildings which are totally independent of each other (they both have their own kitchen and bathroom). It has a magnificent view of the sea (400m). It's a haven for nature lovers and for people who need to recharge their batteries. It's possible to organize hosreback hikes to discover the the countryside and the archeological ruins. Scuba diving also available.

Castelsardo / Lu Bagnu area
Castelsardo was founded in the XII century by the Genovese family of Doria. It is situated on the summit of a rocky promontory in a strategic position dominating the harbor. The castle and fortifications were built in this time period. Today, it's considered an important commercial centre for characteristic craftsmanship and is most famous for its woven baskets.
Castelsardo's economy is traditionally based on agricultural and fishing, especially lobsters that are later prepared according to the local fishermen's antique recipes. Castelsardo offers a variety of entertainment in different piano bars, pubs, indoor and outdoor discos, gyms, fitness clubs, diving centres offering guided dives, service centres offering propane tank rentals and re-fills, rubber dinghy and yacht charters and a new Aquatic Park only few minutes from Castelsardo.

The water, the electricity and gas are separated charges. They will be calculated with the metres.
On the arrival day, the tenant will make a €300 cash deposit to the owner in order to cover the expenses possibly caused by the damage of the rented goods caused by the tenant or the people invited by him during the period of the contract. This deposit will be totally or partially refunded on the day of departure, depending on the caused damage.
Bed linens can be hired for €10 per person per week and include towels. The price of the bed linens is to be paid in cash when the tenant arrives at the property on the first day, at the same time as the deposit.
Conditions

It is also possible to rent the house for one year at the price of 11000€ for the year.
