Residence San Giovani consists of two fully air conditioned and furnished self catering sardinian one bed apartments with a double sofa bed which permits the apartment to sleep up to four people. Leading from a very bright and spacious living room is a balcony with hardwood outdoor furniture whch affords al fresco dining with breathtaking sea views of the north western coastline of Sardinia with its golden sandy beaches.The apartment complex boasts an elevated communal pool with changing rooms and toilets and additional breathtaking views due to the pool being in built into the side of the hill.

The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful location yet it is only 6 minutes drive from Castelsardo and 10 minutes drive from the large resort of Valledoria which offers a large selection of well stocked
supermarkets and additional retail shopping experiences. An extensive range of restaurants is also on hand for your enjoyment.
BEACHES AVAILABLE IN LOCALITY:
The apartment is only a ten minutes drive from the highly acclaimed sandy white beeches of Valledoria and Lu Bagnu and a 15 minute drive from the beeches of Badesi Mare and Isola Rossa whch stretch along the north western coastline of the island.


The San Giorvani apartment is located just six minutes drive from the nearest town of Castelsardo which was founded in the X11 century by the Genovese family of Doria and is situated on the summit of a rocky promonitory in a stategic position dominating the harbour..Castlelsardo modern town offers a wide choice of entertainment of piano bars,night clubs,and very high standard outdoor restaurants with breathtaking views.Located in a very quiet and peaceful location yet only 10 minutes drive from the large resort of Valledoria which offers a large selection of well stocked supermarkets and other retail shopping.Very highly acclaimed beaches are located at Valledoria, Badesi , La Bagnu and Isola Rossa stretching along the north western coastline are only a ten minute drive from the apartment.The apartment benefits from its own private pool which is ideal for families with children of all ages as the pool comes with lifeguard attendant in the month of July. The pool has an in built shallow end for child safety and comes with full shower facilities and toilets. All the pool locality and pathways are well fenced and railed and the whole complex has extensive lighting for security.

The apartment can sleep up to a maximum of four people due to the fact that there is a fold out double bed sofa bed available.
The apartment has an integrated fridge/freezer and also an ironing board is provided.

The swimming pool is located above the apartment sculptured into the side of the hill with magnificent vistas of the surrounnding hills and sprawling coastline with beautiful golden beaches layed out ahead of the property: :The complex has also extensive safety railings and security lighting on all pathways and exterior of property as well as safety railing surrounding the swimming pool locality: The apartment for letting is set on the second floor of only a two floor terraced building with extensive panoramic sea coastline views:The complex is serviced by the road from Castelsardo to Sedinni which services the property is at the moment is closed off futher along the apartment due to road works so thus is a no through road and hence hardly has any traffic using it and ideal for the safety of all children. The beautifully landscaped gardens has well secured pathways throughout and fully illuminated at night for child safety. Swiiming pool furniture is supplied in rental price. There is a secured allocated car parking with the apartment.
There is an enclosed sun balcony for shelter and privacy.

The property is ideally suited for families with children of all ages as the swimming pool is staffed with lifeguard and general pool cleaning personnel for the months May to September. The apartment is fully landscaped and maintained all year around by personnel.The apartment complex is ideally suited for families with children of all ages as there is extensive secure railing and fencing all around the property and well illuminated foot pathways and driveways.A cleaning and laundery service is provided on the changeover of each rental which is included in the overall rental charge.

Conditions

All prices quoted for rental are subject to change and alteration at the owners discretion. An initial booking deposit of 25% of the full rental agreement amount is to be paid at time of initial booking with the final balance payment of agreed amount to be submitted two weeks prior to start date of rental: All payments are to be paid into a Irish bank account of which the details will be supplied on confirmation of booking agreement: Short notice placement bookings will be accepted depending on availability with the full rental amount to be paid on booking.Smoking is only permitted on the balcony which is situated outside the living room but not permitted inside the property in the interest of health,safety and overall comfort of the other rental clients.Pets are not permitted in the interest of the health and overall general comfort of other rental tenants.

The Sardinia region

If you are staying in Sardinia for a longer period why not visit the island of Corsica which can be seen from the apartment on a clear day.
Corsica is north of Sardinia and is separated by 11 kilometres of water and has regular ferry service that takes less than an hour. Corsica has a long historical past and is famous for being the birthplace of Napolean Bonaparte. Corsica is French island but has both French and Sardinian influences but with its fiercely independent Corsican culture and customs.
There are about 200 beaches on the island but due to the nature of the landscape many of its beaches are secluded coves and can only be accessed on foot or by boat. and serviceservices

The island is ideal for holidays all year round due to  temperatures being consistently warm delivering a very high number of days of sunshine with very low rainfall levels. Sardinia has a comfortable and pleasant six month summer durationfrom May to October often tempered with a cooling sea breeze. The winter months are

The Castelsardo / San Giovanni, Castelsardo area

Castelsardo,the nearest town which is a 6 minute drive from the apartment was founded in the X11 century by the Genovese family of Doria. It is situated on the summit of a rocky promontory which dominates the harbour surrounded by azur blue seas.The castle/citadel of the historic old town contains charming old cobbled narrow streets and is considered a very stategic commercial centre for the weaving of vegetal fibre baskets and has a working museum in the art of weaving on display.The old town has a very extensive range of excellent restauarants, some with outdoor sea roof terracing which afford magnificent panomaric surrounding coastline vistas. The castle also has a large number of art and crafts gifts shops. The modern part of the town also has an abundant choice of high standard restaurants with breathtaking sea views and also supermarket  and general retail shopping.The nearby marina/harbour in Castelsardo offers fishing,deep sea diving and a variety of boat hire and chartering.
ROCCIA DELL' ELEFANTE AREA:
La Roccia dell'Elefante located only two minutes from the apartment is one of the most spectacular manifestations of limestone rock erosion in the shape of an elephant is a national landmark and a highly visited tourist attraction.
The town of Valledoria , 10 minutes from the apartment offers a very wide choice of large well stocked supermarkets and general retail shopping. The town has a high quality beach with watersports available.
The nearby town of Badesi and La Bagnu also offers very high quality beaches and watersports.

The property backs onto a forest and national park so is ideal for walkers and treckers.
