About the home

The villa is composed of one double bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer and bathroom with fitted shower cubicle. A single bed in the living area allows the property to comfortably sleep for adults.

The house has Conditioned Air. Barbecue. The pool is shared with the guest ( max 5) of the other villa " Su Coile".
The villa is self-sufficient from an energy standpoint as it is equipped with solar panels.

The Sardinia region
