"Ginepri 16" is an elegant residence located into the exclusive residential village "Riva dei Tessali" including more than one hundred private villas/residences. Dipped in a Med pine-forest you could relax yourself listening to the summer singing of cicadas. Access to the beach is restricted to owners and renters and is easily reachable by car/bicycle or walking.
2 Bars, 4 restaurants (2 on the beach), food store, baby parking, 2 swimming pools complete the facilities of the village. No asphalt into the village but only lovely naturalist pathways link the villas, the beach and the golf course.
